Celebrities Aced the Fashion at the 2024 US Open

The US Open is well underway at Arthur Ashe stadium in Flushing Meadow, Queens. Although it’s early, the stars are already showing out in droves to watch tennis’s best and brightest—Coco Goff, Naomi Osaka, Jannik Sinner, and Carlos Alcaraz among them—hit the court. The American chapter of the Grand Slam draws in celebrities from across disciplines, with actors, musicians, models, and athletes eager for some lively tennis (and maybe a few Honey Deuces, too).

While the US Open certainly isn’t lacking star power, it’s also proving a runway of sorts, both on and off the court. Osaka, who struck out in a second-round loss, claimed the title of best dressed player, wearing two tennis dresses adorned with ruffles and oversized bows from Nike’s Yoon Ahn.

While the US Open is nowhere near as formal as Wimbledon, that hasn’t stopped some attendees from favoring dressed up looks. In the stands, Phoebe Dynover offered her take on the trendy waistcoat top, while Zoey Deutch decided to forgo tennis whites in favor of an LBD. On the accessories front, Jessica Biel looked luxe with the help of her quilted purse, thick gold chain necklace, and impossibly chic hand-held fan. Meanwhile Veep actor Anna Chlumsky channelled the sport in a pair of funky tennis ball-green lenses.
