Charlotte Crosby gave an insight into her fitness regime as she headed out for a run during her Australia trip on Wednesday.
The reality TV star, 33, took to her Instagram Stories to share a video of herself working up a sweat as she headed out for a jog in Cairns, Queensland.
She showed off her incredible figure in a black Lorna Jane sports bra with a blush lining and matching bike shorts.
Charlotte, who is filming for a new Geordie Shore spin-off show Down Under, kept comfortable in a pair of black trainers as she went for a beachside run.
However, she admitted it was not all smooth-sailing as she revealed jogging in the Australian heat was ‘harder’ than she had expected.

‘This was harder than I thought in this heat,’ she confessed in between breaths.

She is currently in Cairns with her fiancé Jake Ankers and their daughter Alba Jean, 18 months, to film for Geordie Shore‘s new spin-off, Aussie Shore.
Charlotte recently confirmed that she will be the ‘boss’ of the new and ‘wild’ Aussie cast – who are all in their 20s – on the hotly-anticipated spin-off show.
Speaking on Sydney‘s Kyle and Jackie O radio show last week, she shared: ‘Well listen, I’ll tell you because I know it won’t go any further, but this is hectic.

‘The last week of my life, I’ve never experienced craziness like it. We’re filming Aussie Shore.’
She explained that a whole new Aussie cast will be making their debuts on the new reality show, set to air on Paramount+, and described them all as ‘wild’.
Charlotte teased: ‘The new generation are wild, they have grown up on reality TV. They are pushing boundaries you didn’t even know these boundaries existed – I’m scared for Australia!’
Aussie Shore will not be the first Geordie Shore spin-off show, as it also got a successful American equivalent, Jersey Shore.

Geordie Shore, which kicked off in 2011, follows the lives of partying stars in the UK and has launched the careers of the likes of Charlotte and Vicky Pattison.
Charlotte shot to fame on the first series of the Newcastle-based MTV show in 2011, staying until 2016, and then returning in 2022.
Last year, she announced that she had quit the show after filming the 2024 series went ‘so terribly wrong’, but she is now returning to the wider franchise for its Aussie spin-off.
At the time of her departure, Charlotte said she couldn’t bear to watch the scenes after she flew home from filming in Cyprus after shooting for just two days.

Charlotte first joined the show back in 2011 but quit last year amid a row with Marnie Simpson (both pictured in 2019), however she has now continued with the wider franchise in Australia
She shared: ‘It just ended up going so terribly wrong. I don’t know why but the whole series, I later discovered, was a bit weird. I didn’t expect it to go the way that it did, and for that reason I am sad.
‘I’m sad for loads of reasons. I’m sad that I took Alba and Jake, my family, into a show that I loved so much and it went so badly wrong.’
Charlotte left the show during filming for the 24th series after getting into an argument with Marnie Simpson over a high chair.
The pair have since unfollowed one another on social media and reportedly haven’t spoken since after things got heated.
