NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.: The 7th season of the Fresh Marketplace in New Wilmington is underway, and the 2024 live entertainment includes acoustic guitar musicians, jazz and Bluegrass.

Here’s the timeline for this season of entertainment on Saturdays through September:

 ▪   May 18: Jim Scott – singer/songwriter on acoustic guitar.

 ▪   May 25: Sweet Atmosphere- Max Schang-guitar, Clint Hoover-harmonica, and Jim Spears-bass perform gypsy jazz.

 ▪   June 1: Hank Sobah – bluegrass Americana.

 ▪   June 8: Kurtis Covert – American songwriter/musician.

 ▪   June 15th: Washboard Tony & Rockin’ Rob.

 ▪   June 22: Gordon-James Blues Band – Blues You Can Chew.

 ▪   June 29: Debbi Pace plays blues/Americana w. Brian Junker-string instruments, Tuck Margeran-harp.

 ▪   July 6: Steve “Honeyboy” Vuich plays soul/rock/folk/country.

 ▪   July 13: Catro Jazz Duo – Pianist Mark DeWalt and saxophonist Dave Kana perform classic jazz.

 ▪   July 20 Terry Dach-guitar & Charlie Fischer-organ play soul standards.

 ▪   July 27th EDGE – Jane Gregg-violin; Mark DeWalt-keyboard; John Elmer-vocals/guitar, play rock & jazz.

 ▪   August 3: Steve Ludwig and The Casual Hobos play Bluegrass.

 ▪   August 10th: Mike & Lauren perform classic country & rock duets.

 ▪   August 17th: RUBY – mountain soul music on fiddle and guitar.

 ▪   August 24: Rock Jazz Trio – Dennis Grosky-vocals/guitar, Jane Gregg-violin, Tony Bellassai-bass

 ▪   August 31st: Mike Chutz – music from the 60’s & 70’s plus originals.

 ▪   September 7th: Tug Creek Band – old-time bluegrass & yodeling.

 ▪   September 14th: Retro Drive – Nelson Boosel & Tom Keating play classic rock.

 ▪   September 21st: Mike Leslie – singing & strumming.

 ▪   September 28: Buck Chutz – country.
