Cheltenham Township received a land development application for the addition of a Bank of America with a drive-thru on a 4,275 sf vacant lot at the Cedarbrook Shopping Plaza, located at 1000 S Easton Road.
According to the township’s acknowledgement letter, the proposal requires sewer capacity review and approval from the DEP and AQUA. The letter includes potential dates for public review and
comment in November and December.
