Chicago Sports Network launches on WSLN 19.3
(WIFR) – The Chicago Sports Network launched Tuesday, Oct. 1, on channel 19.3 WSLN, the sister station of WIFR in Rockford. The new network will be the official home of the Chicago Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox.
CHSN can be picked up free and over the air. You may need to purchase an antenna, if you don’t already own one. Some TVs may need to be rescanned to receive the channel.
At 5 p.m. Oct. 1, the network will air a two-hour special titled “Game On Chicago” hosted by Bulls personality Adam Amin. The inaugural show will give fans a preview of what they can expect from CHSN. At 7 p.m., the Chicago Blackhawks will take on the Minnesota Wild in a pre-season NHL showdown.
Those Blackhawks, Bulls or White Sox games that conflict in times on the main channel will air on WSLN 19.4, Chicago Sports Network Plus.
To make room for CHSN, AntennaTV will move to WIFR 23.2.
