Dive Brief:

  • Christian Siriano Bridal will collaborate with Azazie, the DTC wedding and occasionwear retailer, on an upcoming collection, according to a Friday press release.
  • The capsule collection will launch in October during New York Bridal Fashion Week, and will feature both bridal and bridesmaid apparel. Designer Siriano previewed three looks from the upcoming line at his Sept. 6 runway show during New York Fashion Week.
  • The line will be priced below $1,000 and sold exclusively via the Azazie e-commerce platform in sizes ranging from 0 to 30.

Dive Insight:

Azazie has previously partnered with brands including Kendall + Kylie, which collaborated with the retailer on a 2022 bridesmaid line and a 2023 cocktail and party dress line. In addition, the retailer released a Barbie-themed collection in March 2024, and opened Azazie Studio, a 3,000-square-foot hub and marketing space, in Los Angeles in May.

Meanwhile, designer Siriano brand has been exploring multiple partnerships. For his September runway show in New York, he worked with intimates brand Wacoal and cosmetics company Revlon, and also debuted a collection with jewelry retailer Zales.

The Azazie collaboration is intended to offer brides “haute couture styles at a more accessible price point,” per the release.

“Bridal is such a personal and special experience for everyone, and I wanted to create a collection that feels both luxurious and accessible,” Siriano said in the release. “Teaming up with Azazie allowed me to bring couture-level craftsmanship and design to a wider audience, without compromising on quality or beauty.”

Siriano is known for his extravagant red carpet looks. Most recently, he designed the green sequined dress worn by actor Liza Colón-Zayas when she accepted her award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on “The Bear” at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday.
