Cleveland National Air Show celebrates 60 years of aerial entertainment (photos)
CLEVELAND, Ohio– Celebrating 60 years of aviation innovation and entertainment, the 2024 Cleveland National Air Show returned to Cleveland this Labor Day weekend.
The Cleveland National Air Show is the first civilian air show in the nation, and thousands of aviation fans lined the fences Saturday to watch skilled pilots and the latest in aeronautical technology soar through the skies over Cleveland.
USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice awards ranked the Cleveland National Air Show as the fifth best Air Show in the country in 2024
This year’s lineup of entertainment includes the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, jet trucks, aerobatics demonstrations, the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team, the final appearance of the U.S. Air Force A-10C Thunderbolt II and more.
On the ground, visitors can explore military, vintage and commercial planes as well as meet experienced pilots.
Tickets and parking passes are available only online at clevelandairshow.com. No tickets will be available at the gate. Those who attend the show are encouraged to bring sunscreen and ear protection.
Gates open at 9 a.m. The Air show runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Monday.
