DALLAS (KDAF) — If you’re looking for a new fitness routine that also offers a shared sense of community, check out Movement Gym in Dallas.

The climbing, yoga and fitness center offers a chance to transform your mind and body, from beginners to pros — all while sharing a fun activity with friends.

“It’s an opportunity to try something new, something different to find an activity you can share with friends,” said Adam Hughes, Gym Director. “It’s a shared sense of activity, of athleticism.”

Movement is a series of gyms around the country that includes rock climbing, bouldering, yoga studios, and fitness and strength training equipment.

“We want this space to be accessible for you, wherever you’re at in your fitness journey,” Hughes said.
