Coachtopia Elevates Sustainable Fashion with a Double Dose of Lola Tung | LBBOnline
For its Fall 2024 collection, Coachtopia has partnered with creative agency APE_CC to launch a striking global campaign that merges sustainability with artful expression. Directed, photographed, and choreographed by C.Prinz – renowned for working with artists like Charli XCX, Troye Sivan, and Billie Eilish – the campaign brings to life Coachtopia’s mission of ‘Value All Parts.’
Coachtopia is built on the idea that nothing should go to waste – whether it’s leftover leather or parts of oneself. All Coachtopia products showcased in the campaign are crafted with specific leather scraps from Coach icons such as the Tabby, Hampton and Brooklyn bags, proving that there truly is no such thing as waste when you keep an open mind. The core message is potent: Value All Parts, but the expression of that message in this campaign is a visual rollercoaster where fantasy meets reality.
In the 60-second film, we follow Lola Tung, known from the Amazon Prime series The Summer I Turned Pretty, on a fantastical journey where two versions of herself unexpectedly meet through the magnetic force of their bags.
Ultimately finding and exploring the strings that tie them together. This story is an extension of the Coach Fall campaign as well as a tieback to the Coachtopia mission of sustainable circularity – carefully and beautifully executed with C. Prinz’s movement magic.
The stills – both talent and product – are set in an aspirational world that is both cool and dreamy at the same time. Leveraging a young and urban vibe both down on the ground and high above the clouds. With a carefully crafted atmosphere, C. Prinz and Anders Kylberg create a realistic and sophisticated visual take on the playful Coachtopia universe.
