Coleen Rooney shares insights about her fitness regime
English media personality Coleen Rooney, who is also an fitness enthusiast, has opened up about her workout routine.
The 38-year-old ended as the runner-up to Danny Jones in the finale of the ITV series, I’m a Celebrity.
During the show, Coleen didn’t have any workout equipment. However, it didn’t stop her to continue fitness regimen.
While conversing with the Daily Mail, Coleen shared that as an alternative to her usual Reformer Pilates workouts, she settled for bodyweight squats in the jungle.
“At home every morning when I’m in the shower I do squats. I get up before the kids get up and I’ll do a routine of squats and I know if I’ve got them done I can carry on.”
She also gave an insight into her routine as she used to ditch her campmates to do some squats.
In another interview with Bush Telegraph, the actress went on admitting: “I wake up really early so I pretty much try and keep the routine that I do back home.”
“I try and sneak off to do them on my own. I usually do squats in the shower!” she added.
Despite of her luxurious lifestyle, Coleen managed to survive around the bushes, stating: “I have got luxuries in life but I’m no princess.”
“I feel my campmates were surprised that I wasn’t fazed by living outside.”
She revealed spending time behind the trees and playing with her four boys made it easier for her to survive.
“We go to ponds and mud trails. None of that fazed me and if I had all of my lot there, I could have stayed there for weeks and weeks.”
On the work front, Coleen Rooney marked her television debut through assisting Sir Trevor McDonald on his show Tonight with Trevor McDonald.
