College World Series schedule, bracket, TV info for NC State baseball

NC State baseball and Kentucky will play Saturday at the 77th College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. 

The 10th-seeded Wolfpack (38-21) and the second-seeded Wildcats (46-15) play at 2 p.m. (ESPN) Saturday at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. The winner will play No. 3 Texas A&M (49-13) or Florida (34-28) on Monday (7 p.m., ESPN). 

NC State, which is in the College World Series for the fourth time in program history and first time since 2021, won Game 3 of the Athens Super Regional to advance. The Wolfpack hit 10 home runs at Georgia, including four in the final game to clinch a spot in Omaha.

NC State is one of four ACC teams in the College World Series, joining UNC, Florida State and Virginia. The SEC also has four teams to complete the eight-team field.

Kentucky, which is headed to Omaha for the first time in program history, is 5-0 in the NCAA Tournament. The Wolfpack is 4-3 all-time against the Wildcats.
