Collette said it has developed four tools for travel advisors as part of a new campaign called EnCompass. Two are self-service tools to enhance productivity and two are learning resources. They include:
• Travel Advisor Portal: A hub of customizable content, links, and tools to help advisors sell, network, and serve their clients.
• MyCollette: A self-service platform where advisors can view and manage their bookings in one place.
• Collette University: Library of quick, self-paced courses designed to help advisors grow their business and serve their clients.
• Travel Advisor Resource Guide: a 76-page guide for advisors with resources to educate and foster growth.
Christian Leibl-Cote, executive vice president of global sales for the 107-year-old tour operator, said the tools were the result of advisor feedback and collaboration with advisor focus groups.
