Crime Stoppers need help identifying man involved in theft

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) – The Crime Stoppers of Mesa County need the publics help identifying and locating a suspect involved in criminal activity.

Sometime between 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 19th, a wallet was stollen from an elderly victim while shopping in the garden center at the Lowe’s located at 2525 Rimrock Avenue. Shortly after the wallet was taken credit cards were used to purchase over $1,000 worth of merchandise from Office Depot and Best Buy.

Security cameras at Best Buy captured a white male with dark curly hair and glasses, he was last seen wearing a light colored short-sleeve button shirt with dark colored dress pants and a black bucket hat.
