A woman has been allegedly stabbed by a man at a popular gym and has been rushed to hospital with wounds to her head and neck.
The horror incident happened at Crunch Fitness in Alexandria, in Sydney‘s south, around 12.30pm, on Wednesday.

Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports the 39-year-old woman had been allegedly stabbed.
Officers from NSW were informed a man in 40s who is alleged to have stabbed the woman is known to the victim.
Daily Mail Australia understands the woman suffered stab wounds to her head, neck and back.
She rushed to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition by paramedics from NSW Ambulance.
Witnesses saw a man attacking a woman in a car park, after which he fled in a small vehicle.
The woman then ran back into the gym to seek help for her injuries.
Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports the 39-year-old woman had been allegedly stabbed.
