Damar Hamlin added as non-participant on Thursday injury report
The Bills are not practicing on Thursday due to the weather, but there was one significant change on their estimated injury report.
Buffalo added safety Damar Hamlin (back/ribs) to the injury report as a non-participant on Thursday.
Hamlin has started all 13 games for Buffalo this season, recording 83 total tackles and five passes defensed with two interceptions. He had a season-high 13 tackles in the Bills’ 44-42 loss to the Rams last Sunday.
Also in the secondary, cornerback Raul Douglas (knee) and safety Taylor Rapp (neck/shoulder) would not have practiced for the second consecutive day. With several injuries in the secondary, veteran safety Micah Hyde could have a role on Sunday, just after returning to the franchise.
Defensive end Casey Toohill (ribs) remained limited on the report.
Receiver Keon Coleman (wrist), receiver Amari Cooper (wrist), defensive tackle DeWayne Carter (wrist), tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee), linebacker Matt Milano (biceps), tight end Quintin Morris (shoulder/groin), and receiver Curtis Samuel (foot) all remained full. Returning from IR, offensive lineman Tylan Grable (groin), defensive end Dawuane Smoot (wrist), and linebacker Baylor Spector (calf) were also listed as full.
