The Cannes Film Festival, an annual event that takes just over a week to premiere some of the most anticipated new releases in film and television, is known for its iconized red carpet filled with members of the festival’s star-studded guest list dressed in designer fashions.
Deepika Padukone, who has attended the festival many times before, has built up a robust history of glamorous looks. From the star’s bright green tulle gown from Giambattista Valli to her sequin-adorned slip dress from Louis Vuitton, Padukone has used sculptural silhouettes, bold colorways and high-shine textiles to make a statement.
