1. TRANFER PALOOZA CONTINUES
The transfer portal is keeping recruiting interesting. Spring practice has finished, the transfer portal window has closed, but transfer recruiting continues. Rutgers has landed five transfers but that would only tie the smallest number of any class since Greg Schiano took over. The last time Rutgers had just five transfers in a class occurred in 2022 when Schgiano brought in Patrice Rene, Christian Braswell, Ifeanyi Meijah, Josh Youngblood and David Nwaogwugwu. Only two of those transfers panned out but examining that class is another story for another time.
