Enjoy a relaxing morning of mimosas, coffee and breakfast treats while learning more about Rolling Meadows Park District’s Pilates Reformer workouts.

The Grove Fitness Studio Open House is set for 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 17, at the studio, 4001 Park Drive, in unincorporated Palatine. Activities include Pilates Reformer demos, instructor meet and greets, giveaways and raffles for free classes. Mimosas and other refreshments will be available while supplies last.

“This is an excellent opportunity to discover a low impact total body workout,” said Conor Cahill, superintendent of Recreation for Rolling Meadows Park District. “The Grove Fitness Studio is a unique space that offers smaller, more intimate classes to allow for more individualized attention in your Pilates Reformer experience.”

Benefits of Pilates Reformer workouts include improved muscle tone and increased strength, flexibility and posture. Nestled in a quiet, serene atmosphere surrounded by nature, The Grove Fitness Studio is in the heart of Plum Grove Park, downstairs from the Plum Grove Park Banquet Hall. In addition to Pilates Reformer classes, The Grove Fitness Studio also offers mat Pilates and yoga.
