Disney Casting Local Variety Entertainment Acts for EPCOT – WDW News Today

A new Disney casting call has been released for variety entertainment acts to perform at EPCOT.

Available on the Disney Auditions website, the casting call is looking for variety acts local to Central Florida only. Specifically, Disney is seeking the following:

• Magicians
• Jugglers
• Physical comedians
• Performance artists
• Visual acts
• Solo/duo dance team
• Acts using technology
• Unique multi-disciplinary acts

Disney Live Entertainment is accepting online submissions from variety acts of up to five performers to perform as atmosphere entertainment at Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, FL. 

Seeking contemporary and engaging performers from the local Central Florida area. 

Acts will be contracted on an as needed basis with no guarantee of hours. 

Seeking fun-filled entertainment for diverse audiences of different ages, including families with children:  Magicians, Jugglers, Physical Comedians, Performance Artists, Visual Acts, Solo/Duo Dance Team, Acts Using Technology, and unique multi-disciplinary acts 

We are not seeking musical acts, fire breathing or fire juggling acts, balloon artists, animal acts, face painters or caricature artists.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: 

Please send your submission link(s) to WDPR.Disney.Audition.Submissions@disney.com with “WDW Variety Act Submission” in the subject line of the e-mail.

Submissions will be accepted through November 27, 2024 by 11:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

Potential in person callbacks to be scheduled January 24, 2024 in Orlando.  Performers will only be notified if they are being considered for a callback following their initial submission.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Performers must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

EPCOT is no stranger to variety acts. Earlier this year, Forces of Nature by AntiGravity performed in World Celebration.
