Dodgers lineup in Game 4 of World Series against Yankees
The Dodgers have a chance to win the World Series on Tuesday night at Yankee Stadium, and in Game 4 will send out what has been a mostly regular lineup for them throughout the postseason.
Mookie Betts, Max Muncy, and Tommy Edman have played every inning this postseason, and Shohei Ohtani has taken every plate appearance as designated hitter. Will Smith has caught all but two innings this October, and Teoscar Hernández has started all 14 games as well.

Freddie Freeman sat out three games in the first two rounds to rest his sprained right ankle, and has gone gangbusters in the World Series. Kiké Hernández in Game 4 starts his 12th game in a row.
Gavin Lux makes his 10th start of the postseason, against every right-handed starting pitcher the Dodgers have faced. In Game 4, that opposing right-hander is Luis Gil of the Yankees, who allowed three runs in 5⅔ innings against the Dodgers at Yankee Stadium back on June 9.
Ben Casparius will be the first pitcher on the mound for the Dodgers in what is expected to be a bullpen game in Game 4. It’s his first major league start, in a potential title-clinching game.
“it’s all about doing your job, each guy. You go out, you get the outs that you’re asked to get. And once that happens, you’ve got to watch the guy coming behind you do the same thing,” Brent Honeywell told reporters on Monday prior to Game 3 at Yankee Stadium. “I’d put our bullpen up with any bullpen that I’ve ever been on and any bullpen I’ve ever seen.”
