Set to open soon in the District will be Del Mar, a new Mediterranean dining concept from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.

Steiner + Associate’s luxe-deluxe Fashion District has topped off its high-toned tenant list at Easton Town Center.

The reconfigured 100,000-sq.-ft. section at the top-rated mixed-use center with 1.7 million sq. ft. of retail GLA now boasts a lineup that affirms it as the Fifth Avenue of Columbus. Brands in the Fashion District looking to add significantly to Easton’s annual tally of $1 billion in retail sales include first-to-Ohio newcomers like Chanel Beauty, David Yurman, Golden Goose, Boss, Alo Yoga, Jo Malone, Faherty, Buck Mason, Tecovas, and Breitling.

According to a recent report from Statista, the United States will lead the world the world in 2024 with luxury goods sales of $77 billion, and top brands are beginning to stretch out from traditional markets such as New York, Miami, and Los Angeles into densifying Midwestern markets.

According  to the digital real estate marketplace Zillow, Columbus is one of the nation’s top three housing markets, and that trend promises to continue.
