EB US-10 Business Route in Midland to close next week

MIDLAND, Mich. (WNEM) – Eastbound US-10 Business Route in Midland will be closed for more than two weeks starting Tuesday, May 7.

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close US-10 BR to eastbound through traffic at the US-10 BR roundabout for bridge work.

MDOT said the work includes replacing expansion joints, concrete patching, structural repairs, and beam work.

Traffic will be detoured via James Savage Road, Rockwell Drive, and Bay City Road, MDOT said, adding the US-10 BR roundabout will stay open for eastbound traffic.

The work is expected to be completed and the roadway reopened by Friday, May 24.
