Embattled pool business owner Tracy Davenport sentenced to 6 years in Clark County
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The embattled pool business owner charged with stealing thousands from folks all around the Louisville area was sentenced to prison time.
Tracy Davenport took a deal with Clark County, Indiana prosecutors earlier in December to plead guilty to corruption and theft.
In a hearing Monday, a judge sentenced her to six years. The last two years will be served on home incarceration. She’s also been ordered to pay more than $110,000 in restitution to the victims who paid Davenport money to build pools that were never completed.
This is the third county where Davenport has pleaded guilty to theft and other felonies. She’s also admitted to similar charges in Floyd County, Indiana and in Bullitt County, Kentucky.
