Entertainment: Snow Queen Festival Coronations Are Saturday, Jan. 11 | Aberdeen Insider

Free Skate Day: Thursday, Jan. 2. No admission charged, there is no cost for skate rental at Odde Ice Center, 4-6 p.m. Free skate rental and complimentary hot chocolate is available at Lincoln and Manor parks, 4-9 p.m.

Junior Snow Queen coronation: 7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, Aberdeen Civic Theatre, 225 Third Ave. S.E., $15 for adults, $10 for students.

Three Kings Day: 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library, 215 Fourth Ave. S.E. Latino culture event with traditional foods and story time, free. 

12 Drummers Drumming 12th Night Party: 6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 4, Red Rooster Coffee House, 218 S. Main St.

Idea Workshop: 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library, 215 Fourth Ave. S.E. For those with business ideas who are looking for a way to get started. Event sponsored by the Northern Innovation and Startup Center.
