The gym chain’s three new course offerings focus on strength training, self-care and glute-focused exercises
As a high-value, low-price gym chain, EoS Fitness is determined to offer high-quality amenities to its members. Along with its affordable memberships, which start at $9.99, EoS Fitness now boasts an expanded selection of group fitness classes to cater to even more members and add interest to the schedule.
EoS, which offers inexpensive memberships similar to Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness, announced the addition of three new group fitness, or G-Fit, classes to its workout options: Fitness Unchained, Mind/Body Rehab, and the Booty Builder Lab (BBL). The three new courses focus on strength training, dance fitness and group cycling formats.
Joella Hopkins, the executive vice president of group fitness at EoS Fitness, says these new offerings are the perfect training combinations for the EoS community.
“We are constantly evolving our G-Fit concepts to provide our members with an unmatched, holistic fitness experience,” Hopkins said. “Our expert instructors bring a unique blend of skill and enthusiasm that infuses every class with fun and purpose.”
Each of the three new classes focuses on a specific theme. Fitness Unchained (FU Program) is all about saying “‘FU’ to Boring Workout Routines.” These fun and competitive sessions will involve strength-building and endurance training with the help of treadmills, rowers, free weights and more.
In the Mind/Body Rehab classes, members will focus on self-care and muscle sculpting in an 80-degree environment. These sessions will involve active recovery, stretching, yoga, barre and other activities. Members who take the Booty Builder Lab will utilize a nine-piece Booty Builder® strength equipment set, working to “lift, tighten, and shape glutes” while reducing knee and back pain, among other benefits, according to a press release.
Booty Builder founder Darren Piggins commented on the importance of a strong core, which includes glutes that are “turned on,” and said his company is committed to bringing premium wellness experiences to EoS members.
“Combining our innovative machines with EoS’ industry-leading programming gives members the ultimate tools to take their workouts to the next level and enhance their overall health,” Piggins said. “This collaboration represents a powerful step forward in fitness, and we are eager to witness the progress EoS members will achieve.”
These three new group workout classes are just a part of EoS Fitness’ continued expansion. In September of 2023, the gym chain announced the recruitment of its millionth member. This year, it opened its 100th location and aims to have over 250 operating studios by 2030.
