The budget-friendly, amenity-rich fitness chain recently partnered with F45 investor Mark Wahlberg on Municipal Gym—a fitness and retail concept set for Las Vegas — and opened six new gyms in Q3
EoS Fitness has raised $110,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) through a companywide fundraising effort and has extended its partnership with the foundation. Together, they have raised nearly half a million dollars over the past four years.
The fast-growing gym chain was the recent title sponsor of Tour de Cove, a half-day “Spooky Spin” cyclethon that saw over 100 Halloween costume-clad participants riding to raise money for athletes with physical disabilities. The event featured CAF athletes sharing their stories and riding alongside event attendees, as well as EoS fitness instructor-led modified cycle classes.
“The dedication of our members and team members to making a positive impact in the lives of CAF athletes is remarkable, and their overwhelming support makes this event even more meaningful,” EoS Fitness chief marketing officer Shilpi Sullivan said. “EoS is committed to building a fitness community that’s not only accessible and inclusive but also truly empowering—where everyone, regardless of their starting point, has the resources and support to thrive. We’re excited to extend our partnership with CAF for another three years. Together, we’re breaking down barriers and uniting people through the transformative power of sports and fitness.”
With the extended partnership, EoS plans to continue fundraising for CAF and supporting athletes by sponsoring memberships.
“By rallying together, we can truly enhance the quality of life for our athletes,” CAF CEO Kristine Entwistle said. “We are so thankful for the EoS community’s generosity and compassion in keeping these individuals participating in sports and physical activities, redefining what is possible and pushing the boundaries of accessible fitness.”
In addition to supporting athletes of all abilities, EoS Fitness recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, reflecting on its 150+ locations either open or on the way. Earlier this year, the low-cost gym chain reinvested $4 million into its facilities and announced plans to invest another $12 million throughout 2024. The brand has also scored a win with Mark Walhberg, partnering with the F45 investor on Municipal Gym, an upcoming Las Vegas fitness facility powered by EoS Fitness with recovery, retail, and rejuvenation services.
The gym chain opened six new gyms in the third quarter in California, Florida, Texas, and Nevada. EoS aims to expand to over 250 gyms by 2030 and has recently introduced three new group fitness classes for its members: Fitness Unchained, Mind/Body Rehab, and the Booty Builder Lab (BBL).
