Apple is in the midst of an “exciting week of announcements” focused on the Mac and Apple Intelligence. Head below as we round up all of the new Apple products unveiled this week

Apple Intelligence

Apple Intelligence is now available to the general public with the launches of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia. The first Apple Intelligence features include Writing Tools, Clean Up in the Photos app, notification summaries, and more.

In addition to Apple Intelligence, there are other reasons to upgrade to iOS 18.1. The update brings changes to Control Center, call recording support, and more.

USB-C accessories

Alongside the new iMac, Apple announced new versions of the Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad, and Magic Mouse that use USB-C for charging.

These new accessories don’t feature any other changes. And yes, the Magic Mouse still has its USB-C port on the bottom.

Apple event video

Alongside a press release, Apple also shared a 10-minute event-style video revealing the new 24-inch iMac. Check it out below:

  • Seven colors: New shades of green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, and blue, alongside silver
  • Availability and Pricing: Available to pre-order now, with availability beginning Friday, November 8, starting at $1,299.

What’s still to come

We’re still expecting Apple to unveil a new MacBook Pro lineup powered by M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max chips. There’s also the completely redesigned Mac mini with M4 and M4 Pro, which was leaked by Amazon last night.
