Faegre Drinker Adds Business Litigation Leader in Los Angeles

Josh Anderson has joined the Faegre Drinker’s Los Angeles office as partner and leader of the West Coast class actions team for the business litigation group, the firm said Wednesday.

Anderson has experience in resolving disputes in the insurance, financial services, life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. He represents insurers and financial service companies in all types of class and individual actions, including alleged instances of breach of agreements and fiduciary duties, miscalculation of benefits, unlawful sales practices, and deceptive marketing, according to the announcement.
