A commercial fan and ventilator equipment maker plans to build a new corporate campus in East Tennessee, where it expects to hire 440 workers for production, distribution and research.

The Greenheck Group, a Schofield, Wisconsin-based maker of commercial air movement, control and conditioning equipment, announced Monday it will invest $300 million in Knox County to expand its manufacturing and warehousing operations as well as build an office facility for training and research and development.
