Farm Fresh Market opens in Red Bridge Shopping Center

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – After much anticipation from Red Bridge residents, the new Farm Fresh Market opens its doors.

Just in time for holiday shopping, the official grand opening ceremony was held on December 18 with Mayor Quinton Lucas on hand.

The Red Bridge Shopping Center is home to two other newer local businesses: Berries + Honey Charcuterie and Limit Pub & Grub.

“Through unforeseen construction delays, we are grateful for everyone’s support and patience in delivering a grocery store the neighborhood can be proud of,” said Moe Muslet, Farm Fresh Market Manager.

The store occupies the former 35,000 square/foot Sun Fresh grocery store.

“We have renovated almost every inch of this store, inside and out, and wanted to make sure it was done right,” said developer Brandon Buckley, LANE4 Partner.

Over the past 8 months, over $6.5 million has been invested in the grocery store’s renovation.

The store is anticipated to create over 80 new jobs at an average wage of $15/hour.

In addition to the necessities, Red Bridge Farm Fresh Market boasts a pizza shop and Frutopia counter serving ice creams, fruit bowls, and smoothies.
