Senior Project Architect details: “A minimum of 10 years of quality experiences working for architectural firms, ideally with a background working with forward thinking, cultural and institutional clients. Experience as a Project Architect for civic, cultural, and academic projects over $10M should be noted. A history of project leadership, including leading multidisciplinary consultant teams through complex, challenging, fast paced projects. You will be responsible for the technical design aspects of projects, including detailing, coordination, investigation, and development of design concepts.”
Project Manager details: “Houser Walker Architecture is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to our studio, someone who will work directly and collaboratively to successfully lead complex projects and teams. This position will involve leading a multi-year, historic preservation effort for one of the few UNESCO World Heritage building related sites in the US. Experience leading National Park Service projects or similarly important preservation efforts is highly desirable.”
