The holiday shopping season is here and with it comes Small Business Saturday, a day set aside to focus on shopping small and supporting locally-owned businesses in your community.
The National Retail Federation is forecasting upward of $989 billion will be spent by holiday shoppers nationwide, and local businesses, including restaurants, are hoping to grab a piece of that pie.
Jennifer Rubenstein, the executive director of the Louisville Independent Business Alliance said, “When you think about your neighborhood, you think of the locally owned, independent businesses that are unique to there, that really adds to … our community sense of place.”
This year, Small Business Saturday falls on Nov. 30. Here are 13 deals, in alphabetical order, that you can find at bars, restaurants, and other food-type businesses in Louisville this Small Business Saturday:
