Fitness Influencer Cassey Ho in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares “Run Ruffle Tights”

Cassey Ho is a well-known fitness influencer and businesswoman with a popular YouTube channel. She loves feeling good and looking good during her workouts, as seen in this Reel about the Run Ruffle Tights. “I did something a lil different and I have a feeling this one’s going to be divisive! But that’s okay. I don’t want to make the same things everyone else is making. Clothes can be function but they can also be art,” she said on Instagram. “I love that these ✨On the Run Ruffle Tights✨ give you the anti-bloat easiness of a run short while making you feel like a ballerina because of the mesh tights! The performance mesh not only allows 🎀 demure coverage🎀, but your legs can still BREATHE as your thighs enjoy anti-chafe freedom! They are available rn in xxs-3x in 5 inseams on @popflex_active!” Here’s what Cassie does to stay in great shape.

She spends time with her loved ones. “Even though Sam and I work together everyday, often I feel like we don’t get to see each other. I mean, physically I SEE him but if I’m being real, emotionally I’m not really there. I am hyper focused, super intense and honestly just too serious. But that’s quintessential business mode Cassey,” she said on Instagram. “So…every summer I make it a point to plan what I like to call our Minimoon: a chance for us to step away from the grind (well, as best as we can…I mean as business owners can you ever REALLY!?!?) and be fully present with one another. I call it a Minimoon because I’m forever chasing the pure happiness that was our Honeymoon!”

She enjoys slow cardio. “My current workout mood: 30-1-30. 30 incline ↗️, 1 mph 🐌, 30 minutes ⏱️. Seriously gets my heart rate so high, and in comparison to running (which feels like torture to me) this slow cardio hiking situation feels more enjoyable for my body! I spent yearsssss trying to like HIIT, trying to like running, but honestly, it always felt like I had to try SO hard. I also never really felt like I got better at it,” she said on Instagram. “Ever since I’ve been testing out slow cardio like the 12-3-30, I’ve noticed my body is just simply liking it more. I’m better at it. It’s weird because my heart rate gets high (higher than when I’m running) and yet my muscles aren’t dying. Mentally and emotionally, I’m not dying either! To be completely honest, it’s the first cardio I think I’m actually good at and getting better at, which is so exciting!”

She protects her mental health, as much as her physical health. “Today I was an emotional mess. I cried in a dark room and called a close friend. I realize now there’s no point in being vulnerable with those who laugh when they see you crumble. From this point forward, I choose to protect my heart over baring my soul. I shall not seek to be understood by those who will never understand. I promise myself this: no more tears will be shed in the face of disrespect,” she said on Instagram

She’s thankful for her community that supports her. “A core memory ♥️ I so appreciate you all totally supporting me in pursuing my basic princess dreams. One of you said something in the comments about how these basic desires actually connect us all, and how as women, we shouldn’t be ashamed of leaning into things we’re often shamed for liking. I loved that perspective,” she said on Instagram.

She creates fun recipes that have a healthy twist. “Pancake of the moment 🥞 These were a staple throughout my 90 Day Journey to muscle – I mean ✨25g of protein✨, but also, they actually just taste really good! I was salivating as I was editing this 🤤 Here’s the recipe for my Supersculpt Pancakes,” she said on Instagram. “Eating high-protein foods has many fitness benefits, including: speeding recovery after exercise and/or injury, reducing muscle loss, building lean muscle, helping maintain a healthy weight, [and] curbing hunger,” according to piedmont.org.
