Fitness Influencer Hannah White in Two-Piece Workout Gear is “So Grateful”
Hannah White, a dynamic fitness influencer, embraces unique experiences that come with her career, from thrilling workouts to unforgettable events. Recently, she attended a Red Bull event in Brooklyn, capturing the excitement and camaraderie on Instagram. “So so grateful to live a life like this ❤️ Met the most amazing people and made the best memories thanks to @redbullusa 🪽” she shared. White’s approach to fitness is multifaceted—she keeps things fresh with a mix of sports, from basketball to wakesurfing and Pilates, always seeking new ways to stay active and engaged. Here’s a deeper dive into her favorite ways to stay fit and her wellness secrets.
White likes to play basketball to keep herself in shape. She included a video of herself shooting hoops in her Instagram post. White also shared this video on her page of herself and a friend on the court. Basketball has a lot of health benefits. Fitness Advisory states, “Basketball requires you to jump while playing, as well as running back and forth multiple times. In a basketball game, you rely on your body positioning and the ability to maintain that position when an opponent is pushing against you. This is why playing basketball can strengthen all parts of your body, especially your core muscles, neck, lower back, and arms.”
White likes to try a lot of new sports, and shares her experiences on her Instagram. One thing White tried was wakesurfing. She shared this video on her page of herself and her friends wake surfing in Miami. White captioned the post, “Attempted wakesurfing for the first time and let’s just say you could call me a pro…😎”
White likes to do Pilates to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a lesson with an instructor. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”
As you can see in the previous Instagram post, White likes to work with a trainer to help herself stay fit. ACE Fitness states that doing this has a lot of benefits. “Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.”
One of White’s wellness secrets is doing cold plunges. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing one. She captioned it, “Never thought I’d be freezing in Miami.” The Cleveland Clinic states that cold plunges can help with sore muscles. “This one is pretty simple: After a hard workout, ice baths feel good. The cold water constricts your blood vessels, which slows blood flow and relieves some of that swelling and soreness you feel in your muscles after a long run or a hard-fought game. Again, though, be sure you’re only easing post-workout aches and not actual pain. If you have to push through pain during exercise, there may be an underlying injury. Don’t cover up that pain with cold.”
