FKA Twigs Denies Shia LaBeouf’s Request For Private Records Access

FKA Twigs has denied a request from Shia LaBeouf for her “highly private records ahead of their October trial. According to court documents, LaBoeuf’s lawyers were “improperly seeking the plaintiff’s private financial and medical information.” Twigs’ lawyers have said that she has already provided over “1,300 pages of documents” and that this new request is “overboard and burdensome.” The singer sued LaBeouf over alleged sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress during their relationship. Karolyn Pho, an ex-partner of LaBeouf, has also accused the actor of physical abuse, claiming he pinned her to a bed and head-butted her. Following her filing, Twigs wrote a statement on Instagram where she revealed she was in an “emotionally and physically abusive relationship.”
