Flutter Entertainment Enhances Incentive Schemes with New Share Listing

Flutter Entertainment PLC ( (GB:FLTR) ) has shared an announcement.

Flutter Entertainment plc has announced a block listing application for 320,000 of its ordinary shares to enhance its incentive plans, including deferred share, medium-term, long-term, sharesave, and restricted share schemes, as well as similar plans from Betfair Group Plc, Amaya Gaming Group Inc., and The Stars Group Inc. These shares are set to be listed on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange, with the listing expected to go live on October 7, 2024. These newly issued shares will have equal standing with the current ordinary shares of the company.
