Former Manassas Giant Being Turned Into Onelife Fitness With Pool

MANASSAS, VA — A space where Manassas residents once picked up their groceries is in the midst of becoming a sports club with a pool and other recreational facilities.

Onelife Fitness is replacing the former Giant Food grocery store at 8025 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA. The anticipated opening is fall or winter 2024. While construction is underway, a preview center is opening.

The sports club is spending $9 million to open the new location in Manassas, which will be its 54th location. The 55,000-square-foot facility will have over $1 million in cardio and strength equipment, a saltwater swimming pool, whirlpool, cold plunge, athletic turf training areas, outdoor training space, kids club with interactive games, basketball and theater, a recovery studio with HydroMassage, red light therapy, Normatec Compression and Hypervolt Percussion Therapy, locker rooms, sauna and more. The sports club also boasts four boutique studios for Onelife Signature Classes, BodyPump, Zumba, APEX-HIIT, Spark and more, mind/body Studio for barre, yoga and Pilates classes, spin studio with Coach by Color bikes and Signature Strike Boxing Studio.

This will be the 30th DC area location for Onelife Fitness. The closest location to Manassas currently is Gainesville. More locations are based in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC and Georgia.
