Freddie Freeman’s wife gives intimate look at World Series experience with Dodgers in new video

Chelsea Freeman is savoring every moment of this World Series experience.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the wife of star Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman gave her followers a behind-the-scenes look at Games 1 and 2 of the best-of-seven series at Dodger Stadium, with L.A. defeating the Yankees in both contests.

The video opens with Chelsea getting glammed up at home before venturing to Dodger Stadium, where she and guests toasted with drinks and were treated to an assortment of goodies, including baseball-shaped cookies and a specialty Dodgers cake.

The mother of three, who has been married to Freeman since 2014, also showed off her game-day attire as the clip continued.

Freeman’s dominance across three games has helped propel the Dodgers to a 3-0 series lead as they are one game away from becoming World Series champions.

The eight-time MLB All-Star hit an epic walk-off grand slam in the Dodgers’ 6-3 win over the Yankees in Game 1. He followed up that performance with a solo homer in the team’s 4-2 victory in Game 2.

Then on Monday, when the series shifted to Yankee Stadium in The Bronx, Freeman notched a two-run homer in the first inning of the Dodgers’ 4-2 triumph in Game 3.

The first-inning hit marked the fifth straight World Series contest in which Freeman, 35, has homered, and Chelsea was there to capture it all.

““!!!!!!!! Another Free 💣,” she posted Monday on her Instagram Stories.

Chelsea also recapped her night at Yankee Stadium in a series of photos shared late Monday on Instagram.

Freeman is seeking his second World Series title and his first as a member of the Dodgers.

He won his first World Series with the Braves in November 2021. Months later, Freeman joined the Dodgers on a six-year, $162 million contract.

The Dodgers’ wild World Series run comes amid a challenging year for the Freeman family, which saw the couple’s 3-year-old son, Maximus, hospitalized over the summer after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Chelsea shared earlier this month that Maximus’ neurologist ” is VERY VERY VERY happy with how he is progressing,” and that “with the help of lots and lots of PT, Max is getting closer and closer to being his normal rambunctious self.”

Game 4 kicks off Tuesday in The Bronx at 8:08 p.m. If necessary, Game 5 will get underway at the same time Wednesday.
