Margherita, thanks for joining us again. We’re so excited to have a services focused conversation today. Can you bring our readers up to speed on the service-offering side?
At Bell Fitness AZ, we’re not just a fitness studio—we’re a community where individuals come together to achieve real results in an environment built on support, connection, and personalized attention. Our services focus on small group training, ensuring every member gets the attention they need and deserve while still benefiting from the energy and accountability of working out with others.

What Inspired Us?

Bell Fitness was inspired by a simple yet powerful idea: to create a welcoming space for people who want more than just a traditional gym experience. We saw a gap in the fitness industry, especially for individuals over 40, who often feel overlooked or unsupported in larger gym environments. Our mission is to empower these individuals by offering safe, effective, and time-efficient workouts designed specifically to meet their needs and goals.

Key Components of Our Services

• Small Group Training: With a maximum of 4-5 clients per session in our semi-private training, we provide a high level of personalized attention while fostering a sense of community.
• Specialization in 40+ Fitness: We prioritize mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility—key areas often neglected in traditional training programs but essential for maintaining an active, pain-free lifestyle as we age.
• 30-Minute Workouts: Time is precious, and our efficient, science-backed workouts deliver results in just 30 minutes, making fitness accessible even for the busiest individuals.
• Holistic Approach: We go beyond workouts by offering body composition analysis, goal-setting, and nutritional guidance to support our members’ overall health and wellness.

The Problem We Solve

Many people over 40 feel disconnected from traditional fitness options. They’re looking for a place that understands their unique needs—whether that’s working around injuries, rebuilding strength and confidence, or simply finding a supportive community. At Bell Fitness, we fill that gap by creating customized programs that focus on long-term results without the intimidation or impersonal nature of larger gyms.

What Makes Bell Fitness Unique?

• Tailored for 40+ Clients: Our expertise in functional aging and specialized certifications means we design workouts to improve quality of life—helping clients feel stronger, move better, and live their best years yet.
• Community-Focused: We believe fitness is more than physical; it’s emotional and social. Members join not just for the workouts, but for the friendships, accountability, and shared goals that make Bell Fitness a second home.
• Concierge-Level Service: From cold eucalyptus towels after every session to constant support from our certified trainers, we offer a boutique fitness experience unlike anything else in the area.

Who We Help

Our services are perfect for adults 40+ who are ready to prioritize their health, especially those who:
• Are new to fitness or returning after a long time.
• Value safety, customization, and attention.

• Desire a strong community to support their journey.

At Bell Fitness, we’re proving that fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating or too time-consuming—it can be the best 30 minutes of your day, setting you up for a lifetime of strength, mobility, and joy.

Do you have any interesting customer success stories you can share about folks for whom your service was a great fit?
Yes we have many success stories. Today I want to share Paula’s, that lost 60 lbs!! “I have been attending Bell Fitness for approximately 1 1/2 years. I attend classes 5 nights a week and made it part of my daily routine. I love the instructors, the community and the results. The classes change daily and will challenge you no matter your fitness level. I am nearly 59 years old. When I started I had severe knee pain and could not do a push up to save my life. What I have lost is 60 pounds. What I have gained is confidence, strength, flexibility and quality of life. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in 25 years. I HIGHLY recommend Bell Fitness to anyone who wants to change their life and be a happier healthier version of themselves. This is not fast results. This is sustainably changing your life and taking care of yourself and every day you get a little leaner and stronger.”

Brittany lost 30lbs and found a new community: “ i can’t say enough good things about bell fitness! when i came in 6 months ago i was so nervous as i hadn’t worked out in years or been in a gym setting. they immediately made me feel comfortable and they gave modified versions of excercises since i was a beginner and the other members made me feel comfortable as well! i was able to lose 30lbs & gain muscle w the help of all the coaches! thank you coach margherita & all the other coaches for your continued help in my health journey!”

Here are just couples of testimonials from our members. We love our members and community and their goals are our priorities.

Do you have any advice for folks who are just starting out?
Yes, my advice for anyone just starting out is simple: just start. Let me explain. The hardest part is taking that first step, but it’s also the most important one. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to begin.

Here are a few tips:
1. Find Your Why: Understanding why you want to start your fitness journey is crucial. Whether it’s for your health, to feel more confident, or to keep up with your kids or grandkids, having a clear reason will keep you motivated when things get tough.
2. Be Realistic: Set goals that are attainable for where you are right now, and be honest about the time you can commit. Progress, not perfection, is what matters.
3. Start Slow: There’s no need to jump into an intense routine. Focus on small, consistent steps—whether it’s a 15-minute walk or a few strength exercises a couple of times a week. Consistency beats intensity when you’re starting out.
4. Find Accountability: Joining a group class or working with a coach can be a game-changer. Not only will it keep you on track, but you’ll also feel supported and part of a community that shares your goals.
5. Enjoy the Process: Choose exercises and activities you actually like. When you enjoy what you’re doing, it becomes easier to stick with it and make it part of your lifestyle.

Remember, the journey won’t be perfect, and that’s okay. What matters is that you show up for yourself, one step at a time.
