Good Samaritan Society hosts job fair in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The Good Samaritan Society hosted a job fair on Thursday evening at the Great Plains Zoo.

Representatives from the Sioux Falls-based senior care and service provider were on hand to answer questions about what it’s like working in the organization and offer information about available jobs.

The goal for them is to not only bring in new hires to come work for them but also to regain the interest of those who have worked for them.

“We have nursing positions, we have CNAs, med aides, we also have housekeeping and laundry positions as well that are open within. We have four communities here in Sioux Falls, and then it’s Canton, Canistota and Dell Rapids as well that are all represented here too,” said Alecia O’Neill.

Good Sam is one of the largest non-profit providers of senior care and services in the US with more than 200 locations in 17 states.
