Govee's CES launches include a smart table lamp with a built-in JBL speaker

CES is a great time to explore new smart home technology, including smart lighting. Govee is taking the stage to announce the launch of a new Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL, a new Gaming Pixel Light, and new Mini Panel Lights.

The Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL is a smart table lamp that combines smart audio features and visuals with a multicolor smart light. The lamp can synchronize audio with light to create dynamic visual effects in time to your favorite music.

The Table Lamp 2 Pro has an array of 210 independently controlled LED beads that deliver a wide spectrum of vibrant colors or ranges of white from warm to cool. It’s portable and rechargeable so that you can take it anywhere, from bedside to campsite.

Govee also is launching the Gaming Pixel Light, which brings pixel art to a new light. The panel of pixel lights works in tandem with the Govee AI Lighting bot, which can create images of the pixels on the panel for a retro look and feel, complete with 8-bit music from a built-in speaker.

While smart panel lights have become popular in smart homes and offices, Govee announced new Mini Panel Lights, which are compact panels that allow extra customization. Each small curved panel features 15 lamp beads, adding a three-dimensional effect to the display. These lights can be assembled in custom layouts of up to 120 panels and are available in 20-piece packs for $100.

The Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro x Sound by JBL and the Gaming Pixel Light will be available in the spring of 2025.
