GTA Online Update Adds New Odd Job

Highlights

  • GTA Online adds pizza delivery job for players seeking ‘legitimate’ work, diversifying gameplay options.
  • New update introduces opportunities for players to act as bounty hunters or delivery drivers, offering variety.
  • Completing delivery challenges earns rewards like motorcycles, outfits, and in-game currency, keeping players engaged.

GTA Online is giving players something a little different to do: delivering pizza. The new odd job is the latest addition to GTA Online, giving players a chance at “legitimate” work.

GTA Online recently saw the addition of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, which introduced the opportunity to play as a bounty hunter. While players are free to use their lawless ways to accomplish their tasks, it’s a fun opportunity for players who may be tired of always being on the wrong side of the law. For those types of fans or those who just enjoy casual jobs in GTA Online, this new update may be of particular appeal.

Neat GTA Online Trick Makes Dispatch Missions Way More Immersive

A GTA Online player discovers a hidden feature in Dispatch Work missions which not only makes them easier but also much more fun and immersive.

Players can now participate in Pizza Delivery odd jobs by going to a Pizza This… location in either Del Perro, Downtown Vinewood, or Mission Row. Players have to deliver the pizzas on a Pegassi Pizza Boy scooter, and are given five locations to drop pizzas off at, with bonuses for getting the jobs done quickly.

The game is also offering initial bonuses to these jobs. Once players complete five successful deliveries, they can purchase the Pegassi Pizza Boy motorcycle at trade price from Southern San Andreas Super Autos. Delivering three pizzas by July 31 will clear a weekly challenge, netting players GTA$100,000. Delivering 50 pizzas unlocks the Pizza This… outfit, and players have also been tasked with a new Community Challenge. If the players manage to deliver a combined 10 million pizzas, all participants will be rewarded with a Pizza This… shirt. If the goal is met, players will receive the shirt one week after the challenge is completed.

GTA Online’s Other Bonuses Starting July 25

Of course, there are plenty of things to do in GTA Online other than delivering pizzas. Players can get 2X GTA$ and RP on Stockpile and 2X GTA$ and 4X RP on Transform Races. GTA Online players can also participate in a LS Tags challenge. If one spots a spray paint can, they can pick it up and tag certain posters across the state. Doing so awards GTA$ and RP, and completing five LS tags within a single day unlocks the Street Artist Outfit. These challenges will run through July 31.

It’s clear that GTA Online plans on keeping up the momentum as players continue to wait for GTA 6. The game has seen several significant updates recently, maintaining player engagement and ensuring an eager audience when GTA 6 does release.
