Gun & Reel Sports receives Dealer Excellence Award

Gun & Reel Sports in Jamestown recently received the 2023 Marine Industry Dealer Excellence Award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association and Rollick Inc. for the Lund boat brand.

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure
customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer.

The business provided excellence in customer service in sales and/or service in the year 2023 for the Lund boat brand, according to the National Marine Manufacturers Association.

The award is derived from feedback of Gun & Reel Sports’ customers as part of the the Marine Industry CSI Program. In 2023, over 175,000 boat owners were surveyed with almost 50,000 responding, the association said.
