HealthFitness: Acquisition Of Corporate Fitness Works

HealthFitness (a Trustmark company and comprehensive provider of fitness, wellness, and injury prevention programs) announced it has acquired Corporate Fitness Works from co-owners Beth and Michael Vivio, a leader in delivering custom onsite and virtual fitness management solutions.

Corporate Fitness Works (CFW) manages 70 corporate fitness centers across 23 states and it offers a wide variety of in-person and virtual services. Following the deal, HealthFitness will serve over 200 clients at more than 360 sites nationwide.

The purchase of Corporate Fitness Works follows two previous acquisitions by HealthFitness: the 2021 acquisition of Midtown Health and the addition of Professional Fitness Management (ProFIT) earlier this year.
