Holiday shopping feels a bit more expensive this year, and you’re not alone

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – With Christmas only one week away, the stress of finishing up on holiday shopping can be overwhelming, especially when the cost to do so is rising.

As the prices for goods continues to increase, it makes the experience of shopping for gifts and holiday items more unappealing and even unattainable.

Creating a budget and sticking to it can be tricky when the costs of these goods are more than you anticipated for. It gets even more difficult the longer you prolong your holiday shopping, and end up paying more at the last minute.

It’s never too early to start thinking of next year, over spending happens most right before the holidays so think ahead and plan accordingly.
