Homesense coming to Rehoboth Beach’s TJ Maxx shopping center, could open this year

Homesense will take the space of the former andThat! in the shopping center at 19563 Coastal Highway, between PetSmart and TJ Maxx, according to Brent Reed of Reed Ventures. Reed Ventures is a partner in the shopping center.

Reed said inside demolition is nearly complete and construction will likely be completed this year.

The Rehoboth Homesense will be Delaware’s second, with another location at Christiana Shopping Center in Christiana. It will be TJX’s fourth Rehoboth Beach store, along with TJ Maxx, Marshall’s and HomeGoods.
