Hy-Vee adds PayPal, Venmo for online shopping
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (KWQC) – Online shoppers can now use PayPal and Venmmo when ordering Hy-Vee grocery pickups or deliveries.
Hy-Vee is collaborating with PayPal to add payment options for customers on the store’s Aisles Online platform.
The store’s chief technology officer and executive vice president, Jody Gosch, said the platform has evolved since it launched to make shopping easier and faster.
PayPal executive Kurt Campisano said shopping online for groceries has dramatically increased over the last five years. “We are thrilled to innovate with partners like Hy-Vee to help improve customers’ shopping experience by providing trusted payment methods, such as PayPal and Venmo, to their consumers.”
Hy-Vee said this is also designed to help Hy-Vee streamline its payment processes and expand customer choice.
