I’m Planning My Fall Outfits Around These Parisian Street Style Trends
Fashion month has almost come to an end, but that doesn’t mean the sartorial fun has to stop. In fact, there are plenty of moments to cherish throughout the fall, including all of the outfit inspiration spotted during Paris Fashion Week. One thing the City of Lights does outstandingly well is bring out the best in its street style stars. This season, we’re using the best looks to inspire our own outfits. From the denim trends to the coveted boots everyone’s wearing, read on to discover the best street style trends to shop.
A Tall Order
The over-the-knee boot is making an undeniable return this season, thanks to the tall steppers created by Chloé. Street style stars in Paris can’t seem to get enough of the long-shaft designs.
Skirting Around
One denim trend that isn’t slowing down on the street style scene is the skirt movement, especially mermaid-inspired silhouettes that have a subtle flare at the hem. Pick from deep blues or faded black hues; the options are endless.
Going Gray
Not all trends are over the top. Case in point: the recent penchant for chic gray sweaters. Whether they’re simple enough for everyday wear or embellished with studs for special occasions, the gray sweater is, no doubt, a street style hero.
Graphic Content
Stay warm this season with chic sweatshirts that make a statement. From logo-stamped jumpers by our favorite brands to sporty paraphernalia for an athletic twist, the graphic sweater has evolved into a mainstay on the streets of Paris.
Turn the Volume Up
The easiest way to look instantly chic is to grab a pair of jeans with a bit of volume. It doesn’t matter if you go for a curvy flare or a baggy barrel silhouette; a roomier fit makes any outfit look 10 times cooler.
