It’s all part of ISP’s “Safe Family Travel Campaign.” It kicks off on Saturday in anticipation of families celebrating Turkey Day early.

“Drunk driving crashes, drunk driving arrests, I always like to say those are 100% preventable because all it takes is you making the smart choice of not getting behind the wheel if you’ve been drinking,” said Indiana State Police Sgt. Ted Bohner.

If you are planning on drinking, make sure you have a designated driver or use rideshare to make sure you and everyone else on the road stays safe this holiday season.
