Indiana town and county makes the list for Top 100 Travel destinations from ‘Destination Think’

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) – The Shipshewana and LaGrange County Convention Visitor’s Bureau made the list for Top 100 Travel Innovations from ‘Destination Think’.

The group highlights cultural preservation throughout the world.

As you may know, LaGrange County has the third largest Amish population in the country.

And travel experts believe the area offers unique opportunities for travelers to immerse themselves in a culture that values community and craftsmanship.

Criteria that goes into the award is community collaboration, educational resources and printed travel guides.
